Exploring Australia by train is an incredible experience, and Journey Beyond is committed to providing train experiences that are accessible for all guests. The level of accessibility varies at each of our rail terminals, on board our trains, and on our Off Train Experiences. Our goal is to provide a safe, enjoyable experience to all guests and to support guests requiring assistance throughout their journey. If you have accessibility requirements that need to be taken into consideration for your rail journey, please fill out the e – form below.

Before making a reservation, you must advise Journey Beyond if you are ill, injured or have a medical condition which may make it unsafe for you or other guests traveling on board our trains.
