Gold Service

The classic Gold Service offers all you need to make your train holiday a truly special and memorable experience so you can explore Australia's outback in traditional comfort and style.

This is your opportunity to travel the outback without sacrificing any creature comforts. Gold Service evokes the romance of a bygone age and still includes everything you would expect in a contemporary travel experience. From a complimentary welcome reception glass of bubbly, wine, beer or soft drink in the lounge to the linen tablecloths in the dining room, this is adventuring in style.

Red Service

For travellers seeking the most economical way to travel Australia by train, Red Service offers excellent value and a choice of accommodation options. Choose between the compact comfort of a Red Service Twin Sleeper Cabin or the Red Service Day/Nighter Seat.

Travellers also have access to our Red Service Diner - a great place to take in the ever-changing view from the panoramic windows, or perhaps enjoy a drink or two while socialising with friends, new or old. The Diner offers affordable, tasty light meals, snacks and drinks for purchase.
