Get up close and personal, watch the jumping croc feeding and walk through the air-conditioned reptile display. Enjoy a relaxing lunch at the locals’ favourite, the Tap Bar, before joining the most comprehensive Darwin City tour. See the Chinese Temple and the lush Botanic Gardens. There is also time to explore the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory, whose collections encompass Aboriginal art, visual arts and Northern Territory history and natural sciences. Board your Sunset Dreaming boat where you will be welcomed by a Traditional Owner, who will provide an interactive cultural experience. Cruise out to a sand bar or beach then try your hand at spear throwing, playing a didgeridoo and creating traditional Aboriginal craft items. (BL)
