Board The Overland daylight service this morning. Enjoy the scenery as the train winds its way through the Adelaide Hills, across the Murray River, through Victoria, passing The Grampians, before arriving at Melbourne early evening. Make your own way to Batman’s Hill on Collins, your base for the next three nights.

DAY 2: TUESDAY, THURSDAY OR SATURDAY

Melbourne City & Yarra River Cruise

Join your city sights tour and experience the brilliance of Melbourne and its wonderful history. Stop to explore Melbourne Gardens, then travel past the Westgate Bridge and along the Grand Prix track to the Melbourne Cricket Ground, before boarding your luxury cruiser for a spectacular one hour cruise along the famous Yarra River and see the city skyline. DAY 3: WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY OR SUNDAY

Today is free to relax, shop or explore Melbourne at your leisure. The free City Circle tram is a great way to get around. (B)
